Funny, because I was helping my friend debug her Tinder profile the other day – seemed like the algorithm was burying her! Speaking of burying, I once tried to boost my scores in Slither io by only targeting the smallest worms, thinking that was efficient. Turns out, it just left me vulnerable to the big guys. That's similar to these dating apps; chasing optimal profiles isn't necessarily best.
