最近努力減肥中,依家系九龍灣goji做gym,不過就快完約,唔知應唔應該轉其他地方做.有冇帥兄有好介紹呀?因為我未試過去其他gym room做,所以想請教下大家
當初做gym時目標系1年減20斤,結果依家做咗8個月,減得唔夠5斤,同目標相差太遠.自問我都算勤力,一個星期去四五晚,每次大約玩3個鐘,包括10km/h跑1粒鐘,但結果同我預期有太大出入,唔知系唔系方法唔啱.有冇師兄可以指點下,等我努力有少少回報,哈哈.
純粹互勉做gym,識下朋友,非誠勿擾,謝謝。
